The lawyers’ office was established 1st of July, 1999, with three members. A well developed infrastructural background helps the activity of the office, so the members are able to be at service for the clients with an up-to-date law-knowledge and with the most actual firmdatas. The lawyers effect not only domestic, but international charges as being in the possession of the convenient qualification and command of languages. Regarding the activities of the office real estates cases, company law cases, civil law cases and family law cases are of significant importance.

Ötvösné Dr. Erika Papp

Graduated at József Attila University of Szeged at Faculty of Law in 1992. Finishing of her legal practice passed her professional examinations in 1994. Started her activity as individual lawyer on 18th december 1994, then established Papp-Kalász-Tóth Lawyers’ Office with her mates on 1st July, 1999, being the executive until today. She has elementary command of german language.

Her speciality is civil law, family law and company law.

Dr. Imre Kalász

Graduated at University of Miskolc Faculty of Law in 1996. Finishing of his legal practice passed his professional examinations in 1999. Started activity as individual lawyer on 8th March, 1999, then established Papp-Kalász-Tóth Lawyers’ Office in July of the same year with his mates. He has superlative command of English language altogether with knowledge of legal language, and elementary command of german language. His European law graduation is under way, the forthcoming date of graduation is the fall of 2004.

His speciality is company law and civil law, and effects international charges.

Dr. Károly Tóth

Graduated at University of Miskolc Faculty of Law in 1997. Finishing of his legal practice passed his professional examinations in 2000. Established Papp-Kalász-Tóth Lawyers’ Office on 1st July, 1999 with his mates.

His speciality is company law, civil law and economic criminal law, effects charges concerning real estates. He also has significant agricultural and technological knowledge.
